Chirp N Buzz – Returns & Cancellation Policy
We want every toy from Chirp N Buzz to bring joy, learning, and peace of mind. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to make it better.
Note: All toys displayed on our website are physically stocked and undergo quality checks before dispatch. If you’ve shared your WhatsApp number, we’re happy to send you actual pictures of your selected item prior to shipping.
🛍️ When Can You Return a Product?
We accept returns only under these specific conditions:
🔄 Wrong Product Delivered
If the item you received is completely different from what you ordered (as per your order confirmation email).
Note: This doesn’t apply to toys where design or style variations are clearly mentioned on the website.
🧩 Damaged or Defective Product
If your toy arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect:
- Please take clear photos or videos as soon as you open the package
- Share them with us on the same day of delivery
📦 What We Need for a Return
To process your return smoothly, please ensure:
- The product box is in its original condition with all tags intact
- The toy hasn’t been used, damaged, or altered
- You have the original invoice and shipping labels
⏳ Return Timeline
You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery to request a return.
After that, we won’t be able to accept return requests.
📩 How to Request a Return
Just drop us an email at support@chirpnbuzz.com with:
- Your Order Number
- Delivery Address
- Reason for Return
- Photos/Videos of the Product
Once we verify the details, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup within 3–7 business days.
Note: Reverse pickup is available only in select pin codes. If it’s not available in your area, we’ll share a return address and ask you to ship the product within 7 days.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
Some products are marked as non-returnable—you’ll see this clearly mentioned on the product page.
Also, toys with damaged packaging are not eligible for return. We follow a strict quality check and share product images with you before dispatch. These items are shipped only after your approval.
❌ Cancelling an Order
We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
If you need to cancel:
- Email us at support@chirpnbuzz.com within 4 hours of placing your order
- Make sure it’s during our working hours
Once your order is shipped, it can’t be cancelled
💰 Chirp N Buzz – Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Whether it’s a delivery hiccup or a change of mind, we’re here to make the refund process smooth and transparent.
🧺 Full Refunds Are Issued When:
📦 Product Lost in Transit
If your order is lost during delivery by the courier, we’ll issue a full refund—no questions asked.
🚚 Wrong or Damaged Product Delivered
If you receive a product that’s incorrect or damaged, and it qualifies under our Return Policy, we’ll process a full refund once:
- The product is returned to our warehouse
- It passes our quality check
❌ Cancelled Orders
If you cancel your order within the allowed time frame, you’ll receive a full refund.
🚫 Undelivered Prepaid Orders
If a prepaid order is not accepted and gets returned to us:
- A processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted
- The remaining amount will be refunded
Note: Shipping and handling charges paid during checkout are non-refundable.
🎁 Refunds on Discounted or Promotional Orders
If your order included a coupon, offer, or free product:
- Returning any item from a group offer (e.g., Buy 2 Get 1 Free) requires returning all items in that offer
- If you return part of an order placed with a coupon or discount, the offer will no longer apply, and the refund will be adjusted accordingly
💳 How Will You Receive Your Refund?
Once the returned item passes our quality check, your refund will be credited directly to the bank account you’ve shared with us during the return process.
